<li>Peler les carottes et les couper en cubes. Peler et émincer les oignons et les gousses d'ail. Couper les dattes en petits dés. Rincer et ciseler le persil ou coriandre.</li>
<li>Chauffer l'huile dans une cocotte et y faire revenir 5 min l'oignon, l'ail et les carottes.</li>
<li>Ajouter le quinoa, remuer 2 min, puis verser le vin blanc. </li>
<li>Cuire à feu doux jusqu'à ce que le vin soit évaporé, puis verser le bouillon chaud. Couvrir et cuire 10 min.</li>
<li>Ajouter les dattes, saler et poivrer, mélanger. </li>
<li>Laisser reposer 5 min à couvert. C'est prêt! </li>
